Ghost Ship Wild Briar is a brett cider. We’ve taken our Father Walker blend of apples (Cortland, MacIntosh, Northern Spy) and let nature do its thing allowing the naturally occurring Brettanomyces yeast found on the skin of the fruit to give this cider a real farmhouse tang. This cider is beautifully round, nicely balanced, and has a finish that lingers. It has a very distinctive nose and flavour.
