Faults & Flavours: A Cider Tasting Workshop

The Faults & Flavours Cider Tasting Workshop will be an engaging educational event designed to deepen your understanding of cider production and quality.

Participants will explore a curated kit of cider "spikes"—flavour additives that mimic common faults in cider—learning how to identify off-flavours and understand their causes.
